COPY – AB   Fiat 500

Make the most of your city in the latest edition of Fiat’s 500 series. Fiat has retained the 500’s classic design whilst introducing an element of chic retro styling to its models. Quirky design features give this car its funky and bold edge. With a host of highly customisable options city driving has never been so fun.

Exterior

The 500 for sale today comes in three main trim varieties Pop, Pop Star and Lounge https://www.fiat.co.uk/fiat-500-range/fiat-500/fiat-500-trims

This is a city car through and through with its compact shape and cheeky front end, designed to fit in the tightest of parking spaces. The circular look of the headlights is in trademark style with a design inspired by the zero in the 500 logo. Coupled with daytime running lights with LED technology Fiat has built on its earlier models’ appeal. New light clusters at the rear end incorporate brake lights, tail lights and direction indicators all in one. Choose between the elegant chrome finish of the 500 in sixteen paintwork colours including smooth mint and pasodoble red or the sportier Satin Graphite of the 500s for a more visible effect.

Interior

Fiat has been inspired by fashion in the type of fabrics used throughout.

Choose between the upholsteries offered by the Pop, Pop Star, Lounge and Sport versions. The Pop Star trim level gives you split folding rear seats whilst the Cult trim level brings leather upholstery. Round air vents and round headrests continue the circular theme. The boot space may be easily accessed and has a capacity of 185-litres. For music lovers Fiat has included in the Pop and Pop Star a Uconnect system to control the Radio and CD player. A multifunction steering wheel, USB socket and aux connection to connect your devices are standard.

Engines and performance

The 500’s engine range is enough to satisfy every type of driver. Four engines are available, three petrol options and one diesel. The range starts off with a 69bhp 1.2 litre petrol engine which manages 0-60mph in 12.9 seconds and a top speed of 99mph. The diesel option with 95hp provides a quiet smooth ride on the motorway. It’s the best option if you plan on doing longer distances with a fuel economy of 83.1 mpg. Depending on the type of engine you decide on, a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic gearbox is available. Dualdrive power steering is standard.

Safety and technology

Safety for you and Fiat is a priority and this is reflected in a five-star EURO NCAP safety rating for the car. A total of seven airbags can be found in the front of the 500. ABS and ISOFIX child seat attachments feature too. A £350 upgrade on Lounge models brings TomTom sat-nav navigation.
